YourSpace

A marketing website that showcases the spaces and still leads visitors to the information they need.

YourSpace needed a visually-led property presentation that showcases its spaces, reduces visual noise and keeps attention on the offer. KAPAT leaned into presentation quality: a structure built for image-led storytelling that keeps business information discoverable and actionable.

Business Context

A property offer that sells on sight, then on detail.

YourSpace presents property and hospitality spaces to visitors who decide first with their eyes. Photography does most of the persuading, but the same visitors then need practical information and a clear way to enquire. A site that hides those details behind imagery loses the enquiry it just earned.

The brief was a marketing website where visual assets set the rhythm without pushing aside the business information. Content blocks had to be designed around images, the hierarchy had to hold on mobile and desktop alike, and the path from browsing to contact had to stay short.

The Challenge

Showcase the property offer through stronger visual storytelling while keeping business information discoverable for decision-making visitors.

01

Presentation-led interface rhythm

The page rhythm had to be led by imagery, with text and controls paced around the visuals rather than competing with them.

02

Content blocks built for visual assets

Sections needed to be designed for photographs first, so that images are shown well at every size.

03

Cleaner hierarchy for browsing users

Visitors moving through the site casually still needed a clear order of what to look at and where to go next.

04

Consistent mobile and desktop experience

The image-led experience had to translate to small screens without losing the practical details.
